Preorder
All pre orders are listed with current merchandise and noted as pre order with the expected date. Most hot items are ordered this way. Once items are paid for, we will reserve your diecast item and when it comes in we will ship out the following business day. If program is canceled we will refund 100% of the money. This rarely happens since we only post those items that we have confirmed quantities for. If you cancel your order there is a 10% restocking fee.
Returns
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all products against damages and defects. All items must be returned in the original packaging. All returns must be approved by phone or email.
